This home was fully renovated on the inside over several years and the final project to tackle was upgrading the exterior. Removing the old vinyl siding not only elevated the look of the home, the new fiber cement siding also provides a better fire rating – important since we live in an area that is prone to forest fires. The upgraded exterior stone wool insulation and high performance windows increase this family’s comfort year round, and helps save on utility costs.

The rustic but modern look of the raw fir trim paired with the deep green siding and charcoal metal, was the ultimate trifecta. This is one of our favorite projects to date!
